Russian Business Internship in St. Petersburg
- The Language of Business -

Russian Business Internships delivers intensive, business-focused Russian lessons, professional experience in Russia, and a resume-building research project. Internships are individually placed based on current availability as well as the student's experience and goals.

- Curriculum -

RS-100/200/300 Russian Language Study 
Courses offered at six different levels, from beginning to advanced. For more information see SRAS's suggested syllabi for beginning (100), intermediate (200), and advanced (300). Intermediate and advanced students will focus partially on business Russian.
Academic Hours:  Fall, Spring: 192  Summer: 120

RS-101: Culture Lab
Excursions, seminars, and other out-of-the-classroom experiences at locations of historical, cultural, or other interest.

RS-410: Business Internship
Students chose between two categories: 1) Sales and Marketing and 2) Finance and Operations (see below for details and requirements). Specific placements within these categories depend on current availability. Actual duties and hours may vary according to the needs of the host company.

RS-411: Business Research
The student will write a 10-15 page paper (TNR, double-spaced, one-inch margins) on a subject related to any aspect of business in Russia. Actual subject and methodology will be discussed and approved in advance. Papers are due 30 days after the end of the internship.
